About RefillDay
RefillDay is a free set of calculators for people who manage their own prescriptions, or a family member's. It answers the everyday questions: how long will this last, when do I need to refill, and will I have enough for my trip.
What makes it different
- Built for patients and caregivers. Plain words, big buttons, and only the inputs that matter.
- All your medications in one place. Save up to 10, see which runs out first, mark one refilled in a tap, and print a list for appointments.
- Planning tools you won't find in a basic calculator: a travel supply check, a refill sync planner, a renewal date for when refills run out, and calendar reminders for Google, Apple and Outlook.
- Private by design. The calculators run in your browser. There is no account, and your medication details are not sent to us.
What RefillDay is not
RefillDay isn't a pharmacy, a medical provider or an insurance tool. It doesn't give medical advice, recommend doses or tell you whether a refill will be approved. Its results are estimates for planning, and your pharmacist and prescriber are the people to confirm anything that affects your care.
How the numbers work
Every formula and assumption is listed on How we calculate, so you can check any result yourself. The content on each page is written to explain US refill practices in plain language, and it is reviewed periodically. The date of the last review appears at the bottom of each calculator page.
